The Keto Quiche, a whole new niche for your eggs in the morning, afternoon, or evening. It’s all your choice when it comes to this EGG-cellent entree. Maybe today you wish for onions or tomorrow you crave bacon. There really isn’t much holding you back from this creation other than your own inspiration, and maybe that dastardly ‘carb limit‘ we all seem to watch latley.
Remember back to all the abuse the ‘old egg’ took, from being blamed for our poor cholesterol to heart problems and all ailments inbetween. Everyone surely wanted to tip humpty dumpty off of that wall.. Those days are over now and ‘the egg’ is entering its new found glory days, right up there with bacon!
Rise and shine to create your own Egg-spired masterpiece. A creation that is not only healthy, but tasty as well!

- 4 Eggs
- 3-4 Slices Bacon chopped
- 1/4 cup Cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup Broccoli finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Red Pepper finely chopped
- 1 tsp Himalayan Salt plus extra to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Green Onions
- Fresh Herbs

- Preheat oven to 350 F .
- Combine all ingredients in separate bowl to mix together
- Pour mixture into cast iron pan or small greased baking dish
- Bake at 350 F for 15 mins or untill eggs are fully cooked
- Garnish with salt, pepper, green onions and fresh herbs.
