Dark Chocolate Keto Brownies


One day while on a scenic picnic in between the hills. I was watching the trickling stream as my date set up a lovely picnic. Out of the corner of my eye I noticed that he had brought us nuts, cheese and a couple bites of meat. Since I am Keto it was a lucky and welcome coincidence.

While pondering my luck, I almost did not notice the warm batch of brownies he had placed in front of me.

‘Oh Geez, I know these can’t possibly be Keto, what do I do? ‘

However before I was able to fret, he proclaimed,

‘I hope you don’t mind, but these brownies I have made are actually keto’.

I was blown away! Could this be Mr. Perfect all dressed in brown?

However, although the story I tell is not true,  this batch is hot and ready for you.

In this Brownie you will find all the consistency and dark chocolate you have been looking for, and there won’t have to be much worry about commitment for once you eat them, they are gone.

If the first batch is a bit too bold or you find the chocolate not so sweet, do not forget your stevia, for this is the leaf that will make this keto dessert dish oh, so sweet.

Dark Chocolate Keto Brownies

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Stevia
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Pinch Himalayan Salt

  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Stevia
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Pinch Himalayan Salt
Instructions
  1. Combine and Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Grease an 8in baking pan and Pour batter in.
  3. Bake at 325 F for 20 mins.
