
This Luscious Collagen Infused Goodness is full of protein, fiber, healthy fats

If your looking to do a little detoxing this january we would highly recommend this delicious smoothie! You could even add in some intermittent fasting and a bit of yoga to super charge your detox!

To make this smoothie just whip up all the ingredients in a blender. You can optionally decide to add anti-oxidant rich matcha powder to your smoothie as well. However, Matcha does have caffeine so don’t add too much, otherwise you will be buzzing for a while!

- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice fresh squeezed
- 1 Scoop collagen protein powder or your favourite low-carb protein powder
- 1 Scoop or tbsp mct oil powder or mct oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tbsp flaxseeds or chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp Stevia add more or less if desired
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream or unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup water add more if necessary
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 1 tsp matcha powder optional

- Combine All Ingredients in Blender and Blend until Smooth
- Serve in a Glass and Garnish with Mint .

My husband and I are thinking about trying keto. We’re easing into it by cutting out grains, starchy vegetables, milk, most fruits, and sugar. We’ll definitely be adding this smoothie to our list of recipes to try.

I’m venturing into the Keto world. I don’t eat enough meat to keep up on it I don’t think but I do like many of the tenants so I will definitely try this. I think I’m a cross between Paleo and Keto. I have cut out sugar though and it’s been awesome.
Cutting out Sugar is such a great first step!!! You and your family probably already feel better just from that! Keto is just about reducing carbs and increasing healthy fats. Technically, you don’t have to eat meat at all.
