To make this smoothie just whip up all the ingredients in a blender. You can optionally decide to add anti-oxidant rich matcha powder to your smoothie as well. However, Matcha does have caffeine so don’t add too much, otherwise you will be buzzing for a while!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice fresh squeezed
  • 1 Scoop collagen protein powder or your favourite low-carb protein powder
  • 1 Scoop or tbsp mct oil powder or mct oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tbsp flaxseeds or chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Stevia add more or less if desired
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water add more if necessary
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp matcha powder optional

  1. Combine All Ingredients in Blender and Blend until Smooth
  2. Serve in a Glass and Garnish with Mint .
