Healing Bone Broth [Collagen Booster!]

Bone broth is like liquid Gold! It contains amino acids, minerals, anti-inflammatory compounds and most especially lots of COLLAGEN! This broth is ANTI-INFLAMMATORY and will help you build GLOWING SKIN, HAIR, and NAILS. It’s also amazing for GUT HEALING, joint repair and everything in between.

In our modern age, we often don’t get enough of these nutrients as we no longer eat “nose to tail” as our ancestors would have.

This broth is incredibly easy to make, it requires minimal amount of effort and then lots of time left alone. Start by using a very large stock pot. Add the carrots, onions and celery into the pot and let them cook up a little bit on the bottom. Cook them for about 5 minutes. Next add the bones, water, vinegar and herbs. Finally place the lid on the pot and let it simmer for a very long time, ideally 16-24 hours!

Finish by straining the broth and discarding the bones. You will be left with a golden healing elixir. Suitable for drinking on its own or adding a couple of ingredients to make your favourite soup.

I love sipping on a mug of bone broth just as I would a cup of tea or using it as a start to make a yummy soup!

  • 3 lbs Beef or Chicken Bones naturally raised
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 small carrots chopped
  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • 1-3 Bay Leaves
  • 2-4 Sprigs of Fresh Thyme
  • 1 tbsp Himalayan Salt
  • Fresh Cracked Pepper
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 15 cups of Water

Instructions
  1. Using a Large Stock Pot, start by placing the carrots, onions and celery into the bottom of the pot. Sautee them on medium heat for about five minutes.
  2. Add the Bones, Herbs, Vinegar and Water to the Pot.
  3. Cover the Pot and Let Simmer on LOW HEAT for 16-24 Hours.
