You’ll love these nourishing and hearty keto cookies. Perfect for a cozy winter’s evening by a crackling fireplace or just satisfying your sweet tooth cookie cravings. You’ll notice the sprouted and wholesome seeds immediately, with some pumpkin and vanilla undertones. It’s possible that these gems are orbiting the genius zone with sprouted, wholesome, and home-grown goodness!
Making these cookies could not be easier, but I have to bestow much of the credit to a lovely local business here on the west coast ‘Home Grown Living Foods‘, who has made a sweet keto friendly cookie
To make the cookies, I used the entire packet of mix and added a 3/4 cup of butter (If you want to make these dairy-free you could use coconut oil instead). Now, because these little delights are so robust they won’t spread out in the oven, so the shape they go in is the shape they will come out. Next, hand-shape them into the cookie shape you want and place them on a greased cookie sheet for baking. Bake them for 12 minutes at 350 F.
Lastly, they will be really soft when they come out, so you will need to let them cool. Don’t worry, they will be the perfect consistency once they are fully cooled down!
