Ingredients
  • 3lbs Beef or Chicken Bonesnaturally raised
  • 1 medium onionchopped
  • 2 small carrotschopped
  • 2 celery stalkschopped
  • 1-3 Bay Leaves
  • 2-4 Sprigs of Fresh Thyme
  • 1tbsp Himalayan Salt
  • Fresh Cracked Pepper
  • 2tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 15cups of Water
Instructions
  1. Using a Large Stock Pot, start by placing the carrots, onions and celery into the bottom of the pot. Sautee them on medium heat for about five minutes.
  2. Add the Bones, Herbs, Vinegar and Water to the Pot.
  3. Cover the Pot and Let Simmer on LOW HEAT for 16-24 Hours.
