Ingredients
  • 2cups Bone Broth
  • 1Egg Large
  • 2tbsp Green Onionsminced
  • 1tbsp GingerFresh Grated
  • 1tsp Himalayan Salt
  • Sesame Oildrizzle
Instructions
  1. Bring Broth to a Rolling Boil
  2. Once Boiling add Green Onions and Drop in freshly Cracked Egg.
  3. Stir Vigorously to break up the egg immediately. Egg should cook immediately in the boiling broth.
  4. Add in Ginger and Salt and let simmer for about 1-2 mins until Egg is completely cooked.
  5. Turn off heat and let cool for 1 minute.
  6. Serve in a bowl and garnish with fresh green onions and a drizzle of sesame oil.
