The Best Grilled Prawn Salad
This delectable combination of fresh prawns mixed with that mouthwatering hit of balsamic will have your taste buds singing.

  • 1lb PrawnsFresh or Frozen
  • 4cups Leafy Greensany type
Balsamic Dressing
  • 1tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1tsp Fresh Garliccrushed
  • 1tbsp Olive OIl
  • 1tsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4tsp parsley or sagedried
  • 1/4tsp Himalayan Salt
  • Fresh Cracked Pepper
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Chia Seeds
  • Avocado Slices
Prepare Prawns
  1. Preheat Grill or Cast Iron Pan to a medium/high temperature. Wash Fresh Prawns under cold water. Keep Shells on if not pre-peeled. Once Grill is Hot, place the prawns on the grill. Top with Himalayan Salt Let prawns grills for 2 mins then flip them. Let them grill for 2-3 more mins, until cooked. Once cooked, pull prawns off the grill and let them cool down.
Salad Dressing
  1. Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a bowl and mix throughly. Slowly add olive oil in while stirring the dressing. Add more or less oil depending on the thickness you desire. Let dressing stand for at least 10 mins or longer for more flavour.
  1. In a bowl combine, leafy greens and dressing. Top with prawns, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and avocado slices. Serve and Enjoy! .
