Moose Milk [Keto Eggnog]
‘Moose Milk’ hails from the archives of the Canadian Navy. From sea to sea this concoction was shared with many people, capturing a hard-hitting reputation and creating generations of unforgettable (or maybe a little ‘forgettable’) stories.

  • 2cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 6 Egg Yolks
  • 2tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1tsp Cinnamonground
  • 1tsp Nutmegground or fresh grated
  • 1tsp Stevia
  • 1/2cup Dark Rum or Bourbon
  • Cinnamon Sticks
  • Nutmegground
  • Star Anisewhole
  1. Whisk Egg Yolks in a bowl and gradually add whipping cream as you are whisking. Whisk until frothy.
  2. Add in Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Stevia. Whisk untill combined.
  3. Place mixture in a sauce pan, heat on very low! No hotter than 150F. Let the mixture thicken a bit.
  4. Stir in Vanilla + Liquor, keep it on very low heat for 1 minute more and then turn off the heat.
  5. Let cool to thicken more.
  6. Serve and garnish with a cinnmon stick, a pinch of nutmeg and a whole star anise for decoration.
