Ingredients
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3-4Slices Baconchopped
  • 1/4cup Cheeseshredded
  • 1/4cup Broccolifinely chopped
  • 1tbsp Red Pepperfinely chopped
  • 1tsp Himalayan Saltplus extra to taste
  • Pepperto taste
Garnish
  • Green Onions
  • Fresh Herbs
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F .
  2. Combine all ingredients in separate bowl to mix together
  3. Pour mixture into cast iron pan or small greased baking dish
  4. Bake at 350 F for 15 mins or untill eggs are fully cooked
  5. Garnish with salt, pepper, green onions and fresh herbs.
