Ingredients
  • 4tbsp Cream CheeseSoftened
  • 1tbsp ButterSoftened
  • 1/4cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1tsp Thyme SprigsFresh
  • 1tbsp Lemon JuiceFresh
  • 1/8tsp Baking Powder
  • SteviaTo Taste
  • 8″Square Baking Pan
Icing
  • 2tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1tbsp Butter
  • 1/2tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Steviato taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
  2. Grease 8′ Square Baking Pan with Butter
  3. Combine softened cream cheese and butter together in a bowl and mix.
  4. Add in Flour, Vanilla Extract and Baking Powder.
  5. Add Stevia until the desired sweetness.
  6. Spread Mix into Baking Pan
  7. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 Degrees
  8. Let Cool, before adding icing.
  9. Spread Icing on Top, then cover baking pan with Foil, Plastic or Beeswax Wrap
  10. Place in fridge for at least an hour, before cutting into squares.
  11. Cut and Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs and a couple of fresh berries.
