Mozza Meatballs
Good Ol’ Mozzarella Meatballs, a historic classic. Meatball recipes have been passed down in secrecy through generations. The secret to what makes the best meatballs is a point of argument for some. However, we promise that these balls are sure to leave you so satisfied you’ll be keeping this recipe a secret.

  • 1lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1tbsp Garlicfresh chopped
  • 1tbsp Parsleyfresh chopped
  • 1tbsp Oreganofresh or dried
  • 1tbsp Olive OIl
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 15Slices MozzarellaMedium Slices
  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  3. Grab Handfuls of the mixture and hand-form them into ball shapes. Tip: Cover hands with Olive Oil, to prevent mixture sticking to your hands.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and place in oven at 350 Degrees for 30 mins. We recommend rolling them halfway through to ensure an even cook.
  5. Once done, pull them out and place thin slices of mozzarella on top to let them melt over the meatballs. If they are thicker slices feel free to put the meatballs back in the oven for 1 minute to let the slices melt.
  6. Serve on its own, with a side of vegetables or salad. These also go great with zuchinni spirals and a bit of pesto.
