Mushroom Bechamel Sauce
Surprisingly simple to make and even more surprisingly tasty. This mushroom bechamel sauce will bring your favourite steak or chicken to life!

Ingredients
  • 1tbsp Butter
  • 1cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2tsp Oregano
  • 1/2tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2tsp Salt
Instructions
  1. Sautee the mushrooms with butter on low until they are very soft.
  2. Once mushrooms are done, add the cream and spices.
  3. Let it simmer on low for about 8-10 mins until thickened.
  4. Serve on Steak or Chicken.
