Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Bacon! [The Best Side Dish]

This side dish is simple, rustic and oh so yummy!

- 1 lb Brussel Sprouts cut in halves
- 1 lb Bacon chopped into small squares
- 1 Small Onion chopped
- 3 tbsp Olive OIl
- Salt & Pepper

- Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
- Using a sheet pan or roasting pan. Spread out the Brussel Sprouts, Bacon and Onion. Make sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Top with Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper
- Place in oven at 350 Degrees for 45 mins - 1 hour. Brussel Sprout should be every soft and carmelized. .
